national letter writing month

Not to late to give the only gift you and only you can give.  It is national Letter writing month April.    Definitely something I enjoy immensely.  Reorganizing my book-case today I was restocking my book spine.  and realized how many books I have about letter writing.  Famous people writing funny letters. []]]]]]]]]]]]] That was my cat taking over the keyboard. Churchill was a prolific letter writer.

lots of books available that make it fun

Even have books on how kids can enjoy sending letters and of course there  is always the possibility  someone may respond.  Several years ago there was a challenge to write a letter each day in April.  I did that one.  We are a 12 days into April, its never to late. Don’t you owe a missive to someone special.

bookspine in 700 ssq ft only way to go is up.

oh what fun  the above photo the painting shows my mailbox that I  painted with a face happy to receive mail. need more inspiration follow this link.  http://www.wellappointeddesk.com/2017/03/april-is-national-letter-writing-month-3/

Serendipity is when things come together without a plot.  so here I have a painting with a mailbox in it and i’m writing about a letter writing.  Did I mention the cool stamps that are available “from ME to YOU”  then there is this designer stamp by Oscar de la Renta gorgeous but for the same price as a normal sheet, watch out you only get eleven stamps on that sheet.  Want to vicariously see how far we have come go to the National Postal Museum and check out those letters.  link right here. http://postalmuseumblog.si.edu/2016/04/april-is-national-letter-writing-month.html

Make it a red letter day for someone special and I will be sending greeting to friends. from Websters “a day that is pleasantly noteworthy or memorable”.
