Here to stay The food truck invasion has established itself from humble beginnings. Written about them before. Once upon a time they used to park in the PNC lot and you could carry your food over to SouthShores and have a drink. Then they also were part of the Evening on the Ave. for a bit. Now it’s Monday nights every other one. Little known fact they are of a group of 200 organized trucks under the management of “Food Truck Invasion” that have become a craze. Tonight 12 trucks surrounded the Cultural Plaza from Lucerne to M st. to Lake Ave. Here it goes. I have never yet posted food i’m eating and thats still true lol.. I ordered the same once I had taken this photos, right after I told the guy that I do not eat fried foods. But after I looked at it long enough I had to try it. I can highly recommend it. the Sauce was out of this world. Shrimp so so, the fries outstanding. I was on a recognizance trip looking for an ice cream truck & one food for the upcoming Lake Worth Art League’s 75th
Editors not Vegan truckanniversary event that takes place April 22 and 23 on the Cultural Plaza. 40 plus artists will gather to showcase the best in Palm Beach County.
