Last night the Thursday Night Peddlers once again started their caroling though the streets of our quirky seaside town of Lake Worth. Each night two or three neighborhoods are pre selected.
Last Night heading first north the riders practiced their singing as they rode through Parrot Cove then on to College Park ending at the Mango Grove holiday event. First stop was a Bob Lepas and adjacent neighbor Amy Youngers where holiday cheer was in full swing. The carolers sang and were caroled back by the party revelers then graciously invited in for Egg Nog it was cheers all around. A great mix of neighbors and friends. The Thursday Night Peddlers moved on with their decked out bikes, with flashing lights and colorful LED battery operated wheels making their way north. The other stops were 3 more on Columbia Dr. Mary Lindsey who just adores us made a special effort by putting out red velvet cookies and the best hot chocolate drink. There we sang the Lake Worth Anthem written by our own Mel and Vinney and Mary did the ASL version.
On to the last stop the Mango Grove neighborhood holiday event at the newest gathering place in town CWS Kitchen.
