yes! the Arts are Alive and well in Lake Worth.   I attended a breakfast hosted by PNC Bank.  Recognizing for the great good these groups bring to our community. There were two very special Lake Worth arts groups,  honored among six groups from Palm Beach County.  One we all know, Margot Emery,  but the other, did you know? dscn4538-2Many have attended the performances at St. Andrews and seen what a great job Margo’s group does, a wonderful gift well earned, for the many years of culture and joy they have brought to our community. A total of $75,000 was given for innovative programing in our community.                                                                                                                                             As to community here is a Dance company in our midst, by a very young Deborah Marquez who is the founder and the Artistic Director of Ballet Arts at 924 n Dixie Hwy.  She received $2,00o for emerging art performing arts educator.
