so much to share

Interesting weekend so far.  Played tourist on Fri. took Tri Rail to WPBeach. a 15 minute ride.  from there the green line trolley free to Clamatis to see the Musical Chime swings. Just delightful, they will be dismantled tomorrow Monday. It is one of those must see and enjoyed by the whole family. DSCN8776I did not get to swing, however, enjoyed the antics of the kids vicariously sitting on this park like this .  Then on to Evening on the Avenue right here in Lake Worth .  This was an eye opener as the Sat. before while a guest at Paul Millar”s B-Day party met 5 new residents to Lake Worth.  Nice people beget nice people.  So here it is FridaY and again check out more new residents.  Guess I should note that they did not drive anyone out,  there are plenty of charming homes and cottages available in our Seaside quirky community.  Oh almost forgot met another new resident on the Historic Bike ride.DSCN8815 DSCN8805 DSCN8806 DSCN8839 Anyway here are the photos of the ones that found themselves at Evening on the Avenue and the front porch.Looks like our quirky town is on a positive track.  Now if we don’t scare them off with the 4th of July shenanigans.  The theme this year, for the Raft Race is “Toys out of the Box” if you had not heard yet.   Now if you want to see some original art you don’t have far to go stroll through our Cultural Plaza and enjoy the afternoon as DSCN8841 DSCN8856 DSCN8873the Lake Worth art League is there today again till 4 p.m. .  Now I know you dear reader do not want to know where or what i have eaten so won’t bore you with that.  However another recommendation from me and from Sidney at the Lake Worth Playhouse go see the current show.  Beautifully directed and well-played.  It is about the Scopes Trial. “Damn good show”  from Sidney. DSCN8886DSCN8885  And I finally also got to meet a FB friend seen with Sidney.   Hello again!.   Stay tuned here as tomorrow Chris Gostling our Monday blogger will be reporting from England. and this is a month of lots of activities.
