Now open

IMG_4243Lucente has had a busy day.  This is the construction between J and K st. off 2nd north. Has been thriving with lots of activities for the past few days.  Finally we get to see.  Mind you one unit sold pre construction, some time ago.   These should do quite well as location location location is what it is all about.IMG_4224   all afternoon Realty firms have been sending their representatives out for a” go see “.  They are not disappointed this will be an easy sell. The model is a spacious 3 bedroom.  With one bedroom (love this) turned into an artist studio.  IMG_4231The art partnership is with Kennedy Homes and our own Lake Worth Art League. So check out Dana Axel”s art on the easle in the studio. The master bedroom was spacious even with the massive bed, and lets not forget the walk in closet every woman’s dream. IMG_4238In the second bedroom I ran into realtor Patti Sheldon who has her realty office right next door to the Lake Worth Art League.  She seemed quite pleased as the decor, went well with what she happened to be wearing. IMG_4235I was pleased with the offerings of this complex.  This particular unit had a two car garage.  The realtors showcase this afternoon ended with them gathering comparing notes and a bit of nash, exchange of business cards but most of them knew each other already.   photoThis evening is their official  opening, So if your reading this in time head on over.  The reason this is an easy sell is that they are less than a half mile from our beach.  Access to all our fine restaurants, and all the many activities this town has to offer.  Some time ago I met a fellow artist who lives out west and she felt she could not come in once it got dusk as she no longer drove at night and her lament was that she felt disenfranchised. If she could she would sell what she has in a heart beat and move into town.  This by the way is a trend, moving, into walkable cities which Lake Worth Beach certainly is.  The sign outside “immediate occupancy”
