a rainy weekend

Almost a whole weekend ruined. DSCN3121 Commitments made now delayed for most of Palm Beach county all but one. The American German Club, 15 min. from downtown Lake Worth Beach did not cancel, but experienced a low turn out. Open today from noon on to 8 p.m.  Talk is they will go ahead and add a 2nd ( next) weekend. The festivities  continue under a very large outdoor pavilion where the Kristindle Market is being held.  with many lights, activities to delight every age.  Children choirs,   DSCN3079 live entertainment.  Lots of small imported gift items that are imports from Germany.  Along with the collectible beer steins.  nutcracker many one of a kind along with Smoker, Smoker is  something new to me a wooden figure into which a cone of incense is put and the aromatic smoke  of Myrrh, Frankensense DSCN3087 , Baked apple, Pine comes from his mouth.  These were originally used for health purposes in Europe and still carry the name of Apotheker  (druggist).  $25

It is led by Santa Clause and Kristkindle DSCN3143and they then light up the giant christmas tree which is surrounded by several running trains beneath it.
