everyone in the water

What an amazing Sunday Morning in our Olympic size pool.  It almost did not accommodate all the groups that used our pool this morning.  Shifting usage was necessary.DSCN9492 Each group had each own program.   Diversity in Aquatics had a meet up this weekend.                        So here we have Soul Sports Multisport Coaching.  In red cap is Nicole Boger DSCN9481training her group for the upcoming Triathlon.  And YES we will have one this year, most of Lake Worth Beach residents turn out as volunteers.   Palm Beach Masters was in the water as was the Wahoo Triathlon Club they started at 8 a.m..

and of course we had baby classes scheduled as soon as another group made room for them by leaving. DSCN9506What a day.  Who says no one uses the pool.  When it rains it pours.   Sally Welsh’s synchronized swimmers were on top of their game.    DSCN9465DSCN9462 It was a tight squeeze here till they managed to get one more lane.DSCN9451
