Thursday March 5  is here and we  always start the weekend here. Join  the Thursday Night peddlers.   Meet at 5:30 and ride at six  in front of the Gulfstream Hotel.  Weather is holding up beautifully and ride into the rosy evening. The view is awesome as they head south first along the inter-coastal  All welcome open leisure ride and no spandex required.


Ballet-Palm-Beach-1Thursday March 5, The Norton  presents, wait,  NEW name  “This Thursday@Art After Dark” a treat in store is the appearance of Ballet Palm Beach  and the discussion this evening will be Monet’s Garden. 5:00-9:00 p.m. Only  5 minutes up from Lake Worth Beach  1451 S Olive Ave.

March 6, Real Mail Friday is down a ways, exit Glades Rd. at FAU’s Wimberly Library on the 3rd floor if you have never been, you have no idea what is in the Jaffe Book Arts Center. You owe yourself this treat. Just 15 minutes south of us via I-95  IMG_2627 Awesome afternoon starts at 3:00-6:00 p.m.  Besides Cookies and Coffee or Tea you will have the choice of some fabulous imported Inks, fancy Fountain Pens to try.  Stationery of your choice and the postage stamps are always  included  There is just no other joy as great as a piece of Real Mail in your post box.  Give this  gift to yourself and others.  Donation

Continue the Friday  evening back up here in Lake Worth on our Cultural Plaza for Evening on the Avenue. Enjoy music, and crafters, the NAPC’s Front Porch it is always a friendly place.  Get some popcorn, pick up a game of Scrabble.  See your friends and neighbors.  You might also want to pick up your tickets for Flofling.  Meet new neighbors.10553522_10152347108281389_5622177833010527499_n-1New to town ? Definitely the stop for you.   Also Friday is the opening of a new exhibition at the Clay Glass Gallery on 15 s J street. New look, 7 p.m.  till   ,,,  New Artists.  Joyce's ad FLATMarch 7, Saturday  pick and choose there is so much but somethings come around only once a month.   Start with a Sunrise at our Lake Worth Beach.  6:40 a.m.     Always amazes our out-of-town guests.    Be in the moment.   DSCN2230 Our Farmers Market opens at 9 a.m.   head there, it’s located right on the inter-coastal has cafe type seating so you can sit an enjoy a coffee and crumpets. Do a bit of shopping for those home-made delicacies.  Start the day slow.

Never leaves the house without a camera. Writes another blog "One Ear Society" dealing with the ins and outs of the art world. Closed her Art Gallery in Coconut Grove after 17 years to relocate in Lake Worth.
