What a night for Lake Worth

and for Royal Poinciana  neighborhood, the arts district of Lake Worth.   Last night was the opening of  Benzeiten and for those in the know also the first look at Clay Glass Metal Stone Studio Warehouse.  Both facilities offer classes and working  space for the  3D artist  however last night it was show time.  Area artists had been invited to complement the spaces with their art voila you have an art happening,  The crowds anticipated came out to welcome both facilities.   In the past two weeks the push was on as deadlines were looming. Having both spaces so close to each other certainly cements Royal Poinciana’s future as the Lake Worth Arts District with the Lofts and artists working studios within walking distance., Another Lincoln Rd. in the making??*  They are open TODAY  Saturday from 11-4  go have a look.  P1030184 P1030104

* Lincoln Road was a two-way street with empty store fronts when 12 artists moved in as the South Fl. Art Center under the direction of Ellie Sneiderman.   They slowly added more artists that were moved into the empty store fronts and today Lincoln Rd. is a tourist destination like no other.  Without car traffic a walking district with cafes restaurants high-end boutiques even an Apple Store.
