The word is out about Aioli

Yes Lake Worthians,  It is not located in Lake Worth Beach, but owned and operated by fellow Lake Worthians.  I support our community and it’s citizens. Melanie and Michael Hackman live in Parrot Cove and are raising their family here. DSCF6275The establishment is now only 8 weeks old but the buzz is everywhere.  A dream that they have been working and saving towards, for  better than 15 years. photo 4

I visited on a very rainy wet afternoon just one week ago and while sitting there observed regulars braving the torrential rain, for their consumate fare. Overhearing the favorite dish discussion by each, who entered. (already there are favorites, and for that you had to have been there more than once.)

They are located 7434 S Dixie Hwy.  West Palm Beach.   Just go over the canal on  Dixie and it’s approx 1 mile on the right, in a strip mall.  On entering this sophisticated establishment this sign greets you and it is good to remember as the holidays are approaching .

Food for Thought    ” Locally owned restaurants return a total of 79% of their revenue to the local economy compared to just 30% for chain restaurants. ”

Bon appetit everyone!
