It’s Thursday

If this is Thursday it must bike night for TP 1483343_10202419746713399_238644746_n     Thursday Night Peddlers, head south along the intercostal down to 18th turn around and come back north on Palm Way then drop off whenever you feel your close to home.  That’s what happens every Thursday.   Meet-up at 6 p.m. at Bryant Park across from the Gulfstream and ride at 6:30  Weather is just right for a ride on your bike. Wear your bathing suit tonight.

Friday 9th,  Spend the evening strolling Lake Ave.  sit a spell in your favorite bistro most of them have live music.  If the weather is just right catch a performance by the Master Puppeteer usually starts at 7 p.m.  free, bring the kids out.   tips always welcome.

Saturday May 10,   7 a.m. – 11 a.m.     Medal with charmWomen for Women 5 and 10 k run  starts at the Lake Worth Beach Complex. Volunteers always needed and welcome, contact Nadine Burns  561 358-8501. If you live close by or on the route maybe you should think about moving your car out the night before, as streets will be closed.   This is the finisher medal, center flower can be removed to attach to your watch.  Nice touch.

May 10, 9 – 4 p.m.  Saturday Lake Worth downtown Sidewalk sale 9-4 p.m.    Lots going on on this Saturday.   Check out the Cultural Council  3PM to listen to a Gallery Talk by Raymond Neubert.                 10325595_10154137637925013_1259315988389063712_nAnother opening this one at the Lake Worth Art League a group show 3 p.m. reception.

May 11,         Sally Welsh class is not being held  this  Sunday but spend  time with Sally Welsh at the Lake Worth pool.   Sign up for some classes as a Mothers Day gift, Sally will be  setting up classes for babies thru adults.  Classes  Saturday noon for  babies thru 3 mo. with parent.  Contact Sally   561-281-5086    It is fun! On Sundays 3 to 5 year olds with parent 12:30- 1:00,  6 year olds and up beginner, 1:45 be save.
