Volunteers recognition week Part One

National Volunteer Week,  April 6-12, 2014, is about inspiring, recognizing and encouraging people to seek out imaginative ways to engage in their communities. At the last commission meeting our Mayor Palm Triolo proclaimed this week as Nat’l Volunteer Week in Lake Worth.  Who are they?  These photos were taken in a one year period . I do know there are many many more volunteers  not shown here and I wish I could give you all, something you value, for THE THOUSANDS OF HOURS GIVEN TO LAKE WORTH.  Posting our Lake Worth Anthem first and then you can scroll down the photos as you listen to the words of the song.
