Lake Worth, Florida

Lake Worth is as close to Key West as one can come, not by distance but attitude.  It is small, it is quirky, and it’s right on the ocean with its own beach.  It’s between Palm Beach on the north and Boca Raton, Boynton to the south.  it’s the home of over 1,000 quaint cottages.  The spirit is much like the Keys where everyone knows you name, it’s that kind of place.  The weekend has begun, its friday night and I’ve wandered only two blocks.  Swear,  saw twenty plus people I knew by name, all having a good time.  A perfect day turns into a perfect night. Palm Beach International Film Festival at South Shores.Palm Beach International Film Festival at South Shores Tavern and Patio Bar

Very true, we should come up with a motto or logo that markets our Key West similarities, historic, wooden frame buildings, salty pirates, laid back attitudes, fun, multi-cultural, etc.
