Hello Michigan

Hello Michigan

The sun was in and out and mostly out.  Once Molly the Trolly started there was a continuous stream of people and no complaints about parking.  Overheard was an appreciation of the ride from Bryant Park to the beach.  There was an interesting mix of people out there.    There was all sorts of things to purchase beside seafood. DSCN5216  Post Cards and painted coconuts and the most popular was this unusual hat almost every other person just had to have one.  Then I saw the damnest thing.  Something straight out of ” Mr. Bean”as I got close to the 8 foot by 4 foot canvas  I noticed artist painting clouds and I look up and there isn’t a cloud in the sky.  He was painting from a small photograph attached to the canvas.     DSCN5191Had a good laugh re-tellin at the site of all the strapping and securing of the canvas to the sand. He might still be there don’t think he eeoectst  to finish it in one day.  Darndest site. DSCN5243 DSCN5246  Then around 5ish a wedding party showed up in their finest for the required beach photo shoot.  Never a dull moment.  Looking forward to the completion of the sand sculptures  today.DSCN5213
