Parrot Cove Cottages

What a delightful bike ride this evening.  Just caught the the evening light on these lovely cottages in Parrot Cove.    Spotted Parrot Cove’s House of the Month. DSCN0073   Encouraged  by Commissioner John Szerdi  all the neighborhoods of Lake Worth should select a house of the month.  Right now, this month, the tropical foliage is looking so lush, at it’s best.                                                                                                                                                                         DSCN0075 Also we are looking for the before and after effort by our new residents.   So many lovely cottages have undergone renovations and landscaping by our new homeowners in Lake Worth.  If you have documented your efforts we want to know.   Parrot Cove neighborhood  is ideally located, some of the homes abut the Municipal Golf Course, and every other year they do a home tour.  That would be in 2014, can’t wait.   DSCN0079 This is on the Thursday Night Peddle’s  bicycle route and you can see why.  DSCN0077

Love Lake Worth, heading there this weekend from central Florida, staying at the Mango Inn, I’ll be looking around at all these beautiful cottages and making a wish, someday maybe!

PC is my favorite neighborhood b/c we live there. The house tour is great, we volunteer each year and its wonderful to see the historic homes renovated and maintained (rather than torn down). We have some real treasures in our neighborhoods.
