What a lovely weekend in Lake Worth with art and friends. This is a recap in photos shared by friends. It started with the bike group, of course. Now that the time has moved forward there are more daylight hours to ride.
The the signature event this weekend, was the Cultural tour part of the Centennial Celebration, Lake Worth is 100.
This is a well known image title “The end of the Trail” and got some emotional response by several people visiting the Windisch-Hunt Fine Art Gallery. It is based on the 18 ft. large sculptur by Wm Fraser who based his indian head, on the buffalo nickel, on this indian. Almost forgotten, Fraser is responsible for some awesome public monuments. Worth checking out his body of work here.
