Today Lake Worth welcomed two families into to the Royal Poinciana Art neighborhood.   The push is truly on to complete this project within the limited time frame.  Next week there will be five home dedications by our Lake Worth CRA, which is meeting it’s obligations in record time, right on track.  Both Haitian families have found permanent homes and live just a block apart on the same street.   Each received a beautiful quilt from the Palm Beach Quilters Guild, depicting a house and personalized with actual address and their  name on the quilts.  Mayor Pam Triollo did this mornings honors.  Madelyn McKendry represented the CRA.  The volunteers on these homes were our own Lake Worth fire-department.  Volunteers still needed and welcomed to make this all happen.
