National Day of Service

This day is now synonymous with Martin Luther Kings Birthday.  Received a nice e-mail from the White House regarding all the opportunities that are available within our own area to serve.  Listed among them was “Paint your Heart Out”  these folks do lots in our Lake Worth community.   Our own Robert Waples III is Pres. of Rebuilding Together of the Palm Beaches Inc.  Both have FB pages that you should LIKE with immediate updates as to where you can be of service.

They feed about 80 people every SaturdayThey feed about 80 people every Saturday   

  Then at the Calvary Methodist Church downtown Lake Worth they have a dedicated group that each and every Saturday feed the needy.  Thats what it is all about doing what you can when you can.

Never leaves the house without a camera. Writes another blog "One Ear Society" dealing with the ins and outs of the art world. Closed her Art Gallery in Coconut Grove after 17 years to relocate in Lake Worth.
