CLOSED gone

Wish I’d done this discovery story sooner, but who knew.   What a bargain the little restaurant was.  On an errand, I just thought it quicker to get an egg sandwich.  I communicated via another customer who guided me by telling me that little bread loaf was to small and I should just get it the way they fix it.   I ordered one for me and one for my partner, with some other food.   A few days prior to the closing I was in and knew to ordered only one egg sandwich ;).  To convey the extremely generous size I placed my keys to give it perspective.  As that was the only thing I ordered this time, I’m showing the bill.    This is an 18 inch long sandwich,  all the sandwiches came in this size.DSCN2729 DSCN2728

The Cuban sandwich was just as large was only 4.99.  Had them modify it for me as the traditional one has way to much meat in it for me.  I knew the closing was imminent, but it was never posted and not sure the employees knew.   Saw their electric bill one month when I went to pay mine.  It was only pennys shy of twenty thousand dollars for one month.   I will miss them for sure,  so will our utility department.
