  • DEC. 1 2012   2 p.m.  Saturday First Even, sponsored by the Mango Groves Neighborhood Assoc. Open to the public FREE  Art and Wine* at the EcoCentre/Living Building  1005 Lake Ave.  2-7 p.m. behind City Hall on Lake Ave.. Open for the first time and only this time.  Sign up for the special tour when you arrive.  Given at 5 p.m. by it’s architect (now our City Commissioner)  John Szerdi, space limited.         Visit with the the artists who have created those much sought after one of  a kind hand crafted items perfect for gift giving.  Be entertained by the sounds of  John Kovalcik and Jason Hanley
  • 2:30 Sacred Heart children singing
  • 3:15 special performance by Wes Blackman
  • 4 p.m. Holiday Reading by John Cutrone
  • 5 p.m. the long awaited tour of  this “living building”
  • 6 p.m.  Wine Tasting with Sommelier Jay of The Cottage.  ticket* required
  • Then on to the  Cultural Plaza  a 6 week series of festive fanfare Downtown Lake Worth to celebrate the holidays and the upcoming Centennial December 1- January 5, 2012. Carol the City of Lake Worth neighborhoods. Our plan is to ride through each neighborhood in Lake Worth and Carol with decorated bikes.     This is a city wide INVITE for you, your friends, your family to participate with and enjoy.  The Peddlers meet at Bryant Park parking lot at 6 p.m. and ride at 6:30 on these schedule dates. Please ride with a friend, make sure your bike has safety lights. A former Unite Press International photographer. Spent 9 years with Cruise Ship Photos of London. Moved to Lake Worth from Coconut Grove, with artist husband Fred Hunt. Never leaves the house without a camera. Writes another blog "One Ear Society" dealing with the ins and outs of the art world. Closed her Art Gallery in Coconut Grove after 17 years to relocate in Lake Worth.
