Genesis neighborhood received its first NSP2 /CRA homeowner Friday morning and there will be a few more in the near future.  The family was welcomed by both Royal Poinciana and Tropical Ridge neighbors.  Vice Mayor Scott Maxwell did the honors.  The The children will now be in a much safer neighborhood where they can play safely and the parents don’t have to wake up to their car missing when they get up to head for work.    That is now in the past.  What did the young lady do, probably what we all would do if no one was looking roll around for joy on the brand new carpeting in her very own room.      It only gets better from here.  Welcome to Lake Worth.
