New Grocery

The newest Publix with a latin twist, is having it’s Grand Opening week.  Sabor located just on the other side of I-95. on Lake Ave..  It is bright cheerful and definitely more colorful than their standard store.  What attracted me when I read their flyer was a cafe on the premisses and Bananas .39 cents a lb.. I had to see for myself.   You get your food at the Deli in back,  pay as you go through the register, and sit down and eat it right there at the front of the store.  If you just want a coffee and pastry that is located up front. (seen in the photo above)  They are making every effort to entice the residents of the Towers, so I’ve been told.  Sabor is heavily vested into the foods of the Caribbean and South America.   Tasters were in every part of the new store.  Offering morsels of new products.  Everyone in a joyous mood, jobs close to home.  Radio station (Mia) was blasting away outside.  For the kids there was a mascot walking around in a gator costume.   The deli was already busy, the meats looked oh so fresh.  Th language spoken there is English but most everyone is bi-lingual and happy to serve.   Alls good and the City of Lake Worth has yet  another choice.
