Hello Montreal

Feels right to say Lake Worth Beach, Lake Worth Beach.  After all, I spend part of my day at Lake Worth Beach every day rain or shine.  After the rain the beach is sublime.  Start my mornings at Lake Worth Beach refreshed, an understatement.  Here I’ve met some of the nicest people and am talking to them half dressed without reserve.    Everyone is in good frame of mind.  There are always some new faces.  These two gents normally go to Kreusler Park but with the construction and parking they came to the south end of Lake Worth Beach today.  The inevitable happened and Benny’s at the Beach was the nicest of neighbor.  The delivery truck had no where to unload (due to constructions) so we  were blocked  for some time.  Now I don’t carry money to the beach, just enough to pay the meter.  I went in and told them of our dilema and they were kind enough to let us have breakfast on a tab.   What i didn’t know about Benny’s is that they are open till 5 p.m…  If i could only use one photo, this one below would have been the one for today.  The little one on all fours was determined to join her friends, with unbelievable speed some 40 feet to this spot, without mom and without fear.

  1. Betty Guerin says:

Lake Worth residents may buy a beach decal for $20.00 plus taxes. I’ve purchased one for years, even before I became a beachcomber.

Love your blog, keep up the good work.
