Construction
Behind the scenes oversight without this man, we could not have come this far. Then on shore we had Captain Tammy, on board Captain Mark. Artistic director moi. Costuming was next. Lots raiding of closets, trips to World Thrift, and thanks to all the dollar stores for giving us the flowers. There was abundance and so re-gifting was de rigeure i.e. Tropical Ridge NA
Mango Groves took this fun project to the max, if it’s worth doing, do it well. (Who said we need a Bus too?) Mango Groves did indeed have a win. Best costume! Just like the film on a budget, and like the film they lasted just as long. From this
To this All the costumes were custom fitted. There were some some melt downs, in this case a double entendre.
Sunday before the race the Captain Meeting for guide lines and rules. Just has to be a Broadway Musical. (Anyone see a problem?) A parade was added this year!
Sea Trial – fix those 4 holes on each side and she floats.

The cast in no particular order.
President of Mango Groves NA with Mark Easton, to view all photos with minute detail click on the image. This one you want to see big. This blogger took none of the photos. If you want to share I will add them in as they come in. To see the performance of a life time hang in on the video “I will survive” is at the very end.
