Lake Worth Weekend

Something for everyone this weekend.  FRIDAY  this is the “Evening on the Avenue”  where music is everywhere, shops are open late and you can meet some of the very nicest people if you want to.This photo from a previous weekend.  If you need to know anything about one of the neighborhoods or whats going on with the CRA/NSP2 just ask.   The table is manned by volunteers and this weekend they will be from the Mango Grove Neighborhood Assoc.  While your downtown check out the new store that opened on Lake Ave.  ohhh la la!  Sazzy Kat is open.  Feeling frisky or throwing a Moulin Rouge house party definitely find what you need there.  Signs have been up indicating that our bridge will be closed from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m Saturday morning.  Not a problem, things are being scattered to accomodate each and every occurance.                        Women for Women 5k/10kgreat photo opportunity here.            The Lake Worth Art League will be sharing the Plaza with them.  Saturdays Lake Worth Farmers Market as always,  access before 7 a.m. or right after  last runner approximately 9 a.m.  Perfect time to purchase those fresh flowers just for Easter.  Wait,There is more   EASTER  in Bryant Park has been pushed to 11 a.m.  Looked up Leisure Services Dept. Lake Worth to find out more and could not find the info.  Their info was last updated Oct. 2011, So call them 561- 493-2559.  LULA /CRA is usually a very good source for happenings in Lake Worth be it music, special events or art.  I will  take photos from some of these activities (after the fact).   Eggs from Convivio Bookworks  located right here in Lake Worth 561 493 319o                     Happy Easter
